An Inspired Sr. IT Staffing Recruiter that has the skills and desire to above all else drive new sales in the IT Staffing market.  The right candidate should also have an existing client list and the ability to work remotely and find candidates to fill open positions for our clients through a multichannel marketing approach, including cold outreach on LinkedIn, reaching out to your existing book of business, calling on resumes from job portals, and candidates within our existing eco-system. The goal for this sales position is to create a minimum six-figure income (base + commission) within your first year.

Our ideal candidate will have experience:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: A Senior Recruiter develops and executes recruitment strategies that are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Building relationships with their Business Development Manager: A Senior Recruiter works closely with the BDM to understand the client hiring needs and match the client requirements to the best candidates.

To be successful in this role, a Senior Recruiter should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in recruitment.

Compensation

  • Base Salary – $$60,000 base plus commission
  • Year One total compensation, at plan, should be right around $110,000
  • Year Two total compensation, at plan, should be in excess of $150,000
  • Year Three compensation should put you above $175,000

Pumex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to lead the development and deployment of complex software systems, with a focus on ETL and data migration projects. Senior .NET Application Developer

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for performing all functions in the software development lifecycle, with a focus on developing solutions for a variety of internally and externally focused systems. This full stack developer position will handle the front-end architecture and back-end programming along with performing cross-platform optimization for a variety of digital mediums (desktop, mobile, etc.), working on automation of scheduled jobs, free standing applications, web service consumption/ creation and assisting in the support of various database operations. Beyond their technical duties, they would be responsible for participating in planning and design efforts, leading or participating in technical discussions and requirements gathering. This hands-on position requires modern web application development experience and a wide variety of skills, many of which require at least some fluency in different key programming languages.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides advanced front-end, back-end development and support for the client’s Association Management System (AMS), e-Commerce and database driven websites, and 3rd party web sites/services.
  • Handles development and maintenance of internal and externally facing web applications and their interfaces with various databases or 3rd party systems
  • Leads or participates in planning, design and development efforts, requirements gathering and unit/integration testing

Our direct client is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to be a key member of our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting full-stack design, development, enhancement and support of new and existing modules for integrations and analytics components of our SaaS-based farm management platform. Our solutions encompass a broad range of mobile, web and loT technologies, bringing together operational data, financials and machine data to enable control, visibility and actionable insight into large-scale agriculture operations. An Inspired IT Business Analyst – We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 or more years of experience in the information technology realm. It would be preferred the right candidate have experience in capturing and writing functional requirements for software projects. Senior Oracle DBA/Developer (Onsite, NY)

The Senior Oracle DBA/Developer will join a team focused on the development and maintenance of various database applications supporting Risk Management.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience in database design, PL/SQL development, a good working knowledge of end-user and server-side data processing techniques, a good understanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies and the ability to work with minimal oversight.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as the position requires authoring of data models, system designs and diagrams as well as user and technical documentation.

Our client, a leading non-profit in the D.C. metro region is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This position develops & supports the clients websites, portals, and other web-based information systems under the oversight of the Solutions Architect. 

 Core Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and implement new applications, APIs, SDKs, and other technologies that build the client’s technology and platform ecosystem and add value to the client’s customers, staff, and other stakeholders;
  • Research and implement new methodologies/technologies which add value to the client’s technology and platform ecosystem by improving its lifespan, interoperability, security, and performance;
  • Act as a technical member during the development cycle of applications and services by assisting in the production of MVP features, product personas, and other artifacts generated in the process;
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems while helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization;

Our client, a leading non-profit in the D.C. metro region is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and execute them
  • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
  • Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Software Test QA experience
  • Some experience in a lead capacity
  • Knowledge and experience in testing complex web applications
  • Extensive background in QA methodologies
  • Experience with automation using Selenium, Cucumber or UFT.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman or other similar tools. 
  • Experience with SQL

Who you are:

An Inspired Contract IT Project Manager – We are looking for a Project Manager with 5 or more years of experience in the information technology realm. It would be preferred the right candidate have experience managing website development projects. Daily activities and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes program and project requirements to collaboratively define program and project scope, goals, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, to support client business goals
  • Has experience overseeing development, gathering requirements, and managing new Website implementations.
  • Works with Vendor to define project success and acceptance criteria and approvals, communicating them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle
  • Develops, maintains, revises, and distributes project management plans for assigned IT programs, projects and initiatives, accounting for internal and external dependencies and resource and schedule constraints
  • Plans and develops full-scale project plans, schedules and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Regularly updates schedule and resource allocations, providing timely escalation and visibility
  • Plans, directs, manages and executes program and project development and implementation from initiation through closeout, according to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints
  • Develops, validates, tracks, analyzes and keeps the 3rdparty vendor to project budgets, recommending subsequent budget changes, when necessary
  • Approves project invoices in accordance with delegation of authority, technical project accomplishments, and contract(s)
  • Establishes and implements program and project communication plans and deliverables
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths
  • Tracks, validates and reports status of project milestones and deliverables to project, business and senior leadership stakeholders
  • Supports successful project delivery by actively participating in defining, developing, documenting, implementing, and communicating standardized project management processes, procedures, and practices for the entire project lifecycle
  • Establishes, manages, and effectively communicates project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in a timely, intuitive manner
  • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifying risks and devising mitigation and contingency plans
  • Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staff
  • Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Leads, coaches, and motivates project team members and contracted personnel, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
  • Expert ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including status reports; project summaries; scoping documents; staff and executive presentations; workshops or training; lessons learned; and other project-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Aptitude to analyze problems and provide solutions in a time sensitive environment
  • Proven ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and successfully
  • In depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle required; experience with Scrum or other Agile methods is preferred
  • Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and in using MS Office products
  • PMP Certification and other certifications like Agile Scrum Master are a nice to have.
